Based Contracts for Non-Revenue Water (NRW) Reduction
Phase I includes the project activities which aim to assess the suitability of PBC approach for reducing NRW in the water supply networks operated by the five Water Supply Providers. In Phase II, the Consultant will provide the necessary technical advisory support for the procurement of a private partner under the Performance Based Contract for NRW Reduction.
Activities Performed:
Leading a team of experts (technical, financial, contractual), setting guidelines for project performance and monitoring the overall progress and quality of work, supervise the activities of the project staff, organize home office support activities and communicate with the Client.
