Water Loss and Network Management
Scoping study carried out for Constanta Water Utility. The scoping study entailed a review of the actual performance in managing losses of the utility, existing problems and opportunities for improvements, all according to international practice methodologies.
Activities Performed:
The assignment involved a field visit followed by data analysis and reporting on water balance, pressure management and development of DMAs and Asset Management potential.
