Provided technical and advisory services to the National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) and the Kandy Municipal Council (KMC) in the augmentation and rehabilitation of the Kandy Municipal Water Supply System, through (a) enhancing the production, supply and delivery infrastructure efficiency (b) increasing operational and maintenance effectiveness (c) investment planning and cost recovery and (d) realigning intra-institutional administrative functions.
